INTRODUCTION

These are the terms and conditions (Sales Terms) that apply when you purchase products on our website from Venus Beauty Trading. By placing an order, you accept these Sale Terms and agree to be bound by them. We may change the Sale Terms from time to time. By continuing to use our Website after we post any of such changes, you accept the Sale Terms, as modified. If you have any questions about the Sale Terms or any aspect of your order, please contact our Customer Service department by sending us a message through our contact form.


MAGELINE VIP PROGRAM

The Mageline VIP Program is available at Venus Beauty Trading Singapore boutiques and official online store.
VIP privileges are non-transferrable, have no expiry date, and are linked to your login email account.

Simply spend a minimum of S$1040 (before discount) in a single receipt at our boutique and/or official online store to qualify for lifetime VIP membership, upon which you are entitled use the coupon code "VIP" to get an instant 25% discount upon checkout.
VIP Members will not receive any free gifts and discounts will not overlap with other promotions.
VIP Members will receive new exclusive VIP Coupon Codes to enjoy 25% off for orders above $200 and 20% off for orders below $200 for all future orders. The VIP Coupon Codes will be sent via email/whatsapp/wechat within 2 working days. Please contact us if you do not receive your codes.

Venus Beauty Trading reserves the final right to alter the terms & conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Venus Beauty Trading shall remain final.


ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND BILLING

Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. All billing information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of these Sale Terms and may result in cancellation of your order. Prior to accepting an order, Venus Beauty Trading reserves the right to request additional information from you to verify your identity and validate the billing information to process your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud prevention department. If your order is cancelled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment account) in the amount of the charge. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the item(s).

Venus Beauty Trading reserves the right in its sole discretion to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, per email address, per IP address or per order for any reason. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing, email, IP and/or shipping address. We will notify you should such limits be applied.

Venus Beauty Trading reserves the right to deny any order for any reason, including, but not limited to, the following situations:

Error in Shipping Information
You are responsible for providing sufficient and accurate shipping address (including street address, block and unit number, or postal code). Venus Beauty Trading will not be responsible for undelivered goods as a result of error in the information you provided.

Merchandise Shipping Delay or Unavailability
If an item of merchandise is delayed or becomes unavailable, or if there is an error on our Website relating to the order (for example, an error relating to the price or description of merchandise), Venus Beauty Trading may cancel the order. If this occurs we will contact you so you are aware.

Reshipping Of Merchandise
The merchandise sold on our Website is intended for personal use only, not for resale. Any suspected resale of our merchandise for personal or business profit is strictly prohibited. We will not accept and reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes. Any orders found to have characteristics of reselling, such as large quantities, frequent orders, orders by dealers or resellers or the use of freight forwarding, may be cancelled in the sole discretion of Venus Beauty Trading, and Venus Beauty Trading shall have the right to cancel all subsequent orders from any such customers. For purposes of this Agreement, reselling shall be defined as purchasing or intending to purchase any merchandise from Venus Beauty Trading for the purpose of engaging in a commercial sale of that same merchandise with a third party.

SHIPPING POLICY

Local Deliveries within Singapore
Complimentary delivery is available for all purchases regardless of the purchased amount.

All purchases are scheduled to arrive within one (1) to three (3) business days from the processing day of the customer’s order. Orders will be processed on the day of purchase, provided the order is made before 12pm on a business day. Any orders made after 12pm on a business day will be treated as orders of the next business day. Once an order has been submitted, please allow up to 24 hours to be processed and shipped. No orders are processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays in Singapore.

Customer must ensure that there is someone to receive the delivery any time between 10am to 10pm.

The delivery personnel will call or SMS the customer shortly before arrival.

We deliver to all locations in Singapore except embassies, LTA, ICA, NTU, NUS, Singapore Poly, Military, Shipyard, Cargo Complex, Airline House, Alps Ave, Jurong Island, Sentosa Island, or other places with large compounds. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Deliveries outside Singapore
You can find International Delivery information (costs and estimated arrival time) at our Delivery page. If your country is not on the list, please contact us. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Any orders made after 12pm on a business day will be treated as orders of the next business day. Once an order has been submitted, please allow up to 24 hours to be processed and shipped. No orders are processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays in Singapore.

Standard EMS delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when the destination is selected.
Tracking is available on some Standard Delivery services. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from the warehouse with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey.

Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.

If you're not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.

General
We try to meet all delivery times, but there may be delays, especially during busy periods. There might also be other factors, like postal/delivery partner delays, traffic delays, logistics, bad weather or if our delivery partners are unable to access the delivery address. We'll keep you updated, and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress. If you have any other issues, feel free to contact Customer Care. We can't be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the delivery partner.

RETURN POLICY
If product is defective or incorrect, Venus Beauty Trading will replace the product with a new one, if it is returned to any Venus Beauty Trading retail office within 14-days upon receipt of order from Singapore web store. An appointment must be made with us one business day before you visit our retail office.

All products must be accompanied by the original receipt/invoice. Item must be in its original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
Items purchased may only be exchanged. There are no cash refunds.

We will only accept exchange of products that were purchased from Venus Beauty Trading web store or retail office.

We do not accept return of items if you have made an incorrect purchase or you changed your mind after receiving the items. Please review your cart before completing the order.

This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as Non-exchangeable or Non-returnable

Venus Beauty Trading reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policies at any time, without notice.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances and under no legal or equitable theory, whether in tort, contract, strict liability or otherwise, shall Venus Beauty Trading or any of its affiliates, employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors or suppliers be liable to you or to any other person for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses or damages of any nature arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use our website, including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, work stoppage, accuracy of results, or computer failure or malfunction, even if an authorized representative of Venus Beauty Trading has been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such damages. Subject to the foregoing, in no event will Venus Beauty Trading be liable for any damages in excess of the fees paid by you in connection with your use of our website during the six-month period preceding the date on which the claim arose.

PRODUCT TESTIMONIALS
Venus Beauty Trading welcomes feedback on your experience with our merchandise. We will publish on our Website both positive and negative comments, so long as the comments, reviews or testimonials (collectively, Testimonials) are accurate, constructive and not misleading. If you submit Testimonials that we do not publish on our Website, our customer service department may contact you in order to improve our product quality and service. We also reserve the right to edit all Testimonials for length, spelling, grammar, or for any other reason in our sole discretion so long as the meaning of the Testimonial is not materially altered. By submitting a Testimonial to Venus Beauty Trading, you hereby grant to Venus Beauty Trading the unrestricted right to use your Testimonial in perpetuity, through any and all media formats and media channels now known or hereinafter developed, without compensation, and to identify the source of the Testimonial by indicating your first name, last initial, city and/or state.
